The One Fly Event is back in Jackson Hole, bringing together fly fishing enthusiasts for a celebration of sport and conservation. With just a single fly at their disposal, 40 teams will compete to catch the longest and largest quantity of fish. Participants enjoy two days of fishing in some of the most beautiful locations on Earth, and proceeds from the event support vital local conservation efforts. Monies raised by One Fly go to aquatic habitat preservation, rehabilitation projects, and stewardship education.
The One Fly Event somehow manages to blend the tranquility of fly fishing with the electric energy of March Madness. Its lively atmosphere draws those with a sense of community spirit and a dedication to preserving our natural resources. Participants in the festivities will find plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow anglers, scratch their competitive itch, and contribute to the conservation of local trout populations. Bystanders, on the other hand, can enjoy the buzz as dozens of anglers gear up for their chance to be crowned the champion.
