Do you have room service?
Yes. If a lazy morning or a quiet dinner is more your speed then we would love to bring your meal to your room. Any time the restaurant is open we will bring your order up to you. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am until 10:00 am and dinner from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
Are the restaurant and spa part of the hotel?
Yes. The Lodge, Restaurant and Spa are all owned and managed by the Harrison family. The attention to detail spans the property and infuses every department from housekeeping to spa.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
We are a pet-free property and do not allow animals on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals.
Is the Rusty Parrot good for families?
Families are warmly welcomed, with children of all ages invited to stay. Cribs are available upon request at no extra charge.
Is there a safe in the rooms?
For guest safety and convenience, each room is equipped with an in-room safe.
Do you accept credit cards?
The lodge accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you offer valet parking?
Yes, valet parking is available year round for $25 per night, with 24 hour access to your vehicle.
Is street parking available?
Overnight street parking is available on a first come, first served basis from April 16 – October 31.
No overnight street parking is permitted from November 1 – April 15 between the hours of 3am-7am. This is a municipal ordinance throughout the town of Jackson to allow for snow plowing and winter maintenance.
Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?
Yes, we offer five Tesla Destination Chargers (Level 2) with J1772 compatibility options. Located in our parking garage, these are available to guests of the hotel, spa and restaurant.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. We strive to accommodate special requests whenever possible.

We are strictly a pet-free property and do not allow animals on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals.
Cancellation
Full prepayment is required at time of booking and is refundable according to the rate cancellation policy. Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to avoid 100% of total stay penalty fee. Non-refundable payment is required 14 days before arrival. We are unable to make exceptions for weather, flight issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Trip insurance is strongly recommended.
