What should I wear, and what can I expect during a massage?
You’ll be provided a robe and slippers, and the therapist will drape you appropriately. You can choose your pressure level, oils, and focus areas.
How early should I arrive for my massage appointment?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes ahead to relax, fill out the intake form, and enjoy hot tea and snacks in our lounge or dip in the hot tub. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment.
Do you offer couples massages or group bookings?
Yes — we offer couples suites and group/team bookings. Please call for information and availability.
Do you accept locals and tourists?
Absolutely. Whether you live in Jackson Hole or are visiting for adventure, we tailor experiences to you.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
In order to provide the highest quality service to each guest, treatments will be charged in full if not cancelled at least 24 hours prior.
All sessions will be guaranteed to a credit card or your room folio at the Lodge. To avoid full charge for a missed session, changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the time of service. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior in order to enjoy the full length of your service.
Anything else I should know before booking my massage therapy treatment?
If you are ill, pregnant, have had a recent surgery, or have certain medical conditions, please inform us. We’ll adjust or suggest alternate treatments.
