In order to provide the highest quality service to each guest, treatments will be charged in full if not canceled at least 24-hour prior.
All sessions will be guaranteed to a credit card or your room folio at the Lodge. To avoid full charge for a missed session, changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the time of service. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior in order to enjoy the full length of your service.
