SPA: Assistant Manager/Coordinator

Enjoy an active outdoor schedule with an exciting jobs that leaves your days free for adventure. This position could be full or part time for the right person. Weekends + at least one weekday evening are required, for part time. Full time would be weekends + 3 weekday evenings.
Responsibilities include reservations and reception, closing duties, attending the spa. Position provides built-it career growth beginning as a spa coordinator and progressing to include management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail oriented, articulate and enjoy a fast paced environment. Spa experience is welcome, but not required.

SPA: Massage therapist

Join a team of exceptional massage therapists in a spa that was founded by a massage therapist. Enjoy a gorgeous working environment, a schedule that supports career longevity and a fantastic team to belong to.
Year round or seasonal positions available.
NCTMB or equivalent (call to discuss).
The ideal candidate will have exceptional massage skills with a broad range of techniques to include deep tissue, sports and Swedish massage. Exceptional communication and customer service skills required.

SPA: Esthetician

Work in a gorgeous environment with the highest quality organic and natural products available. Enjoy continuing education to learn new skills and establish a repeat clientele.
Year round or seasonal positions available.
Wyoming license required.
The ideal candidate will be able to analyze the skin and create a facial customized for each client with a range of techniques and products. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.

Front Desk/Concierge and Bell Staff

Front Desk/Concierge Job Description and Responsibilities -
Our front desk and concierge staff are responsible for fielding a number of responsibilities, often at the same time. Ideal candidates are able to manage their time, sometimes triaging tasks by dealing with urgent guest issues first.
Responsibilities include: Answering phones, taking reservations, being able to simultaneously see details and the big picture, interpersonal skills, creativity, marketing, sales, problem solving and conflict resolution. Agents may be required to work some weekend days and nights.

Bell Staff Job Description -
Our bell staff are often the first point of contact between the hotel and our guests. Imperative for this position is the ability to read guests and meet guests where they are in their travels whether exhausted or excited, upset or happy, the bell staff must be ready for anything.
Responsibilities include: Escorting guests to rooms, answering phones, carrying luggage, parking vehicles, maintaining in-house guest relations.
