Cancellations and Changes

A credit card deposit is taken when booking. To avoid full charge for a missed session, changes and cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

Before Your Treatment

Please arrive a few minutes early for your first appointment to complete a health history. If you are receiving medical care or have had a recent injury, you must obtain physician's approval before scheduling a session. Pregnancy, blood pressure disorders and advanced diabetes preclude some sessions. Do not use alcohol or drugs before your session.

Double Treatment Suite

Couples or friends enjoy celebrating special occasions in our double treatment suite. Please let us know if you would like you massage, facial or package to be scheduled together.

Gift Certificates

Private Showers

Treatments take place in private treatment rooms from start to finish, including showers. There is no public locker room. If you will need to shower after your sessions, please let us know at your time of booking so that we may schedule accordingly.

Contraindications

Pregnancy, blood pressure disorders and advanced diabetes preclude some sessions. Intoxication or sexual comments will result in termination of the session with full charge.

In-Room Sessions

Guests of the Rusty Parrot may request in-room massage at no additional charge if the guest room accommodates the session. Please call for details.

Outcall Massage

Massage at your home, office or condominium is available with advance notice. Generally we need at least 24 hours to make arrangements. The outcall fee is dependent on your location.
