Overview: A member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World since 2005, The Rusty Parrot Lodge & Spa is located at 175 N. Jackson Street, just minutes from Jackson’s Town Square, renowned for its fine shopping, art galleries and restaurants. Dining: Each morning, guests may enjoy a delightful breakfast created by the Rusty Parrot’s acclaimed Executive Chef  Matthew Love, with creations that include house-made smoked chicken apple sausage with sweet potato hash, eggs benedict on a toasted croissant, as well as the more traditional cowboy breakfasts. The Rusty Parrot has taken the same creative approach in planning its classic dinner menu, which is served nightly from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Wild Sage restaurant. An outstanding wine list provides diners with a variety of pairings for each course. Hotel guests receive first priority for seating. Wild Sage has been rated AAA Four Diamond since 2004, the only restaurant in Jackson to receive this distinguished award.

Amenities: Located in the Rusty Parrot Lodge, The Body Sage Day Spa offers sports packages, traditional spa therapies, spa packages and aromatherapy facials. Highly trained massage therapists integrate their specialties into tailor made sessions. Techniques may include Swedish, sports and deep tissue massage, Shiatsu, Reiki, polarity, neuromuscular and craniosacral therapy.
