More Than Just a Bed & Breakfast in Jackson Hole, WY
Daily Chef-Prepared Breakfast – A Delicious Jackson Hole Eye Opener
Rusty Parrot Executive Chef Jeff Blackwell doesn’t need to be told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Whether your plans include the fresh powder temptations of Jackson Hole skiing, a spring visit to Yellowstone’s famous wolves and grizzlies, or summer’s whirlwind of outdoor adventure and the arts, our famous chef-prepared breakfast - a $20 per person value - is a delightful amenity included with every Rusty Parrot stay.
Our breakfast menu changes daily and has been known to feature such delicious morning starters as Rusty Parrot Eggs Benedict with shaved ham and hollandaise sauce on a croissant. Traditional steak and eggs is another Rusty Parrot favorite—the perfect morning fuel for a day of Jackson Hole skiing—while blueberry pancakes, authentic Mexican Chilaquiles and creamy sausage gravy over jalapeño biscuits provide additional palate-tempting possibilities. At the Rusty Parrot, our attention to detail is famous, and extends to every aspect of Wild Sage dining, including bringing old breakfast standbys to fresh life with such items as our Crème Brulee French Toast.
If your fancy leads more to strolling and shopping Jackson’s famous Town Square than the active challenge of Jackson Hole skiing, you might prefer such lighter daily offerings as house-made granola and pastries combined with ripe seasonal fruit and fresh-squeezed juices. Or just relax near the fireplace with a steaming mug of our delicious coffee.
And morning is only the beginning of the day, after all: Each afternoon the comfortable gathering area becomes a place for folks to meet and relax with a cup of coffee or nibble on tasty fresh afternoon snacks while chatting in front of the fire.
