Calling Jackson Hole Home – Jackson’s in-town Luxury Lodge

Uniquely situated at the base of the Grand Tetons, arguably the most breathtaking of U.S. mountain ranges and a short drive from the renowned wonders of Yellowstone National Park and famed Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the town of Jackson, Wyoming, is a favorite year-round vacation destination with travelers worldwide. As The New York Times put it, Jackson provides “cosmopolitan flair, without loss of respect for the town’s Old West tradition” and with its ever-expanding list of adventure sports, “packs more adrenaline, scenery and culture per square mile than anywhere in the country — even when it isn’t ski season.”

The Rusty Parrot Lodge & Spa enjoys being an integral part of this vibrant and worldly yet decidedly small-town community. Entrepreneur Ron Harrison founded the lodge in 1990, intentionally tailoring the Rusty Parrot to its Jackson setting. Located within walking distance of the Town Square’s popular boutique shops, art galleries and restaurants, the intimate 31-room lodge was designed with a comfortable, timeless Western ambience that further reflects the area’s history and culture. Well-appointed rooms include in-room fireplaces and Jacuzzis, one-of-a-kind locally handcrafted furniture and down comforters, and classic examples of fine regional art adorn public spaces.

The Rusty Parrot strives to be a good Jackson neighbor. Over the years we’ve forged important relationships with such area organizations as the nonprofit Teton Science Schools, the National Museum of Wildlife Art and the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, which in turn help enhance guest experiences of our special piece of the West. And we’ve remained a hit with locals as well: Our Wild Sage restaurant and the in-house Body Sage Spa are popular with locals as well as guests for their intimate scale, customized service and true Jackson character.
